Bring what you have to the attention of the court that is handling your case. In most areas, there is NOTHING that can be done to stop them, but the court CAN consider the pattern in deciding who to believe in your case.

I am not a lawyer, but I would think you have pretty good standing on the issue of credit alone, as that is what prevented him from obtaining a loan and nothing else.

Actually, tell your lawyer. He or she can probably do something with that in the context of the lawsuit the guy has already filed against you. Good luck.
