   it was easy for me. i was running a small lawn mowing service and this nice fellow talked to me about cutting lawns for one of his real estatge properties. he pays me good and takes me to dinner a lot and now i have two more guys and a new pickup to take care of all the business. i guess you need some luck and get to know the right people. now one of his friends wants me to cut lawns and trim shrubbery at his golf club! went to a party with them last night. they drink more than i am use to. but i got the job!
