what type of math examples are on a realestate exam, and give an example. Wondering if I can pass course?
Looking to start class and was curious to why everyone says the math portion is so difficult. Wandering what to expect?
simple math.
like if rent is 600/month and gets paid on the 1st of the month. the renter moves out on the 13th how much does the landlord owe him? u would than divide the 600 by 30 days, then take the sum and multiply it by 17days and thats what the landlord owes to the tenant.
the math really is easy.its the laws thats hard to understand

IF you pay attention and do your homework it is not difficult. It is basic math. First, you learn how to figure your commission ! (Just kidding)
Here are a couple hints for you. Real estate is two words. When (and you will) become a licensed Realtor, the R is always a capital letter in the word Realtor.
Another thing, after you finish the class and pass it, if they offer a class pertaining to the state board exam, make sure you take it. That will help also. It is a review of the class. Ask a lot of questions of your instructor.
Good Luck to you……
