What can be wrong with this ~$300 AUD studios in Sydney’s eastern suburbs?

It is my first time which I want to rent an studio and first time which I want to rent a place in Sydney. I am wondering what can be possibly wrong with this studios advertised in realestate.com.au which lead to a ~300 weekly rent?

Well I wouldn’t want to live in Redfern for starters and the bed folds out over the lounge..
Potts point is just old, it looks quite spacious besides the bathroom.
Darlinghurst is on a busy street, the bathroom again is quite small and they don’t show the main living areas. "+ Shared kitchen and laundry facilities", I don’t like the sound of that, sounds like you only get similar to a hotel room. Parking would also be interesting.
I would look at Potts Point.

they could be tiny? look at the bathroom shot of the darlinghurst one! the potts point one looks normal, but then again, theyve got the bed next to the door, so it might be awkward everywhere else.. same with the redfern one, but i’d have a look in person first cos you just never know what they arent showing you!

why dont u rent a bit fairer so the rent will be cheaper
