I have tried everything pretty much. could you maybe offer me some insight in more detail? please? first person that helps me get it get’s ten points. i can pretty much buy whatever piece of realestate is needed considering i have pretty much all of it?

   Hunter can be found on the military base.It’s really very difficult to get it from there,but with a quick use of health cheats you can get it.
